At Essential Bizz, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide you with instructions and a return address

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, a return shipping label will be provided

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping:

  • Covered by us only if the item is damaged or incorrect

  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund after review.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

Important Notes

  • Returns made outside the 15-day window will not be accepted

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns

  • We highly recommend inspecting your product upon delivery
